On the scheduled event date, unless specifically directed by client we will arrive at or before the requested time. The individual making the inflatable reservation must be on-site when Carolina Inflatables arrives. Once the Carolina Inflatables representative arrives, a full and comprehensive review of the contract and safety protocol will be conducted immediately.
The set up area for the reserved inflatable must be adequate. Open flat areas are ideal for the products we offer. Please avoid areas that have power lines nearby or that are near trees. Some rentals require more time than others to set up. Please allow 45 minutes to set up the reserved inflatable. It is your responsibility to ensure that the area is adequate and free of all items that might puncture/damage the inflatable.
Each inflatable requires a power source no further away than 125 feet. A generator is available for $75/hour and is billed for a minimum of four hours. All County and State Parks require a generator.
